高分辨率高能量工业级无损检测(NDT)解决方案
SourceLAB与多个机构组成联盟,开发第一台基于激光等离子体相互作用的商业化X射线断层扫描系统,该系统覆盖0-20 MeV所有能量范围,同时具备恒定 50 µm的分辨率和实时显微断层摄影能力 (分辨率1 µm @400 keV)。此系统突破了传统X射线源(X-Ray tubes, gamma graphs, linear accerators)的限制,能量越高分辨率越低,无法实施显微层析成像,一个系统多种能量系统,适用于工业上各种复杂、各种材料的部件。
